## Cancellations & refunds

- You can cancel free of charge as long as the kitchen has not started your order (status "Received"). - Once the order is in the kitchen (status "Confirmed") it can no longer be cancelled — everything is cooked fresh to order. - If something is missing or wrong, contact us right away from the order page or by calling the branch; we will send the missing item or refund it. - Card refunds go back to the same card within 5–10 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are cancelled with no charge.
